We have the same thing happen a...Interesting blog. We have the same thing happen at the Medical College of Georgia. The staff at the hospital and out patient clinics are amazing, friendly, helpful and a joy to deal with. The staff at the dental school are unpleasant, hostile and act as though you are disrupting the most important day of their life when you check in.
